We arrived in Charleston on Monday night and I couldn’t be more excited to be here! The weather was beautiful yesterday… high 60s and sunny. I threw on a pair of sandals and my comfiest sweater for walking around the city (we always end up walking a TON). By the way, these sandals are a great dupe for the ones I have on! If you want the Valentino version, I went with my regular size and they are incredibly comfortable.
We brought Winnie (my puppy!) with us on this trip and she has been loving all the sights and new smells. It’s been so fun having her on this trip!! (Hopefully she’ll get to travel with me a lot more because I cry every time I leave her at home.) BTW, I’m working on a blog post on all the dog-friendly places in Charleston. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there are quite a few restaurants and stores that allow dogs – even our hotel is dog-friendly, it is also BEAUTIFUL and our room has a balcony overlooking King Street! That blog post will be up on Friday 🙂

Super cute! It has been too warm for even long sleeves this winter. 🙁 I tried to wear a sweater last weekend when the high was 70 and switched to short sleeves and STILL was burning up.
