Everything I Wore in Palm Springs

Good morning and happy Monday, you guys! I just realized that I didn’t post a blog post the ENTIRE week last week and I’m so sorry about that – my family was traveling in Japan and it was a vacation/family trip (not a work trip like usual). But I’m happy to be back home this week and have some fun blog posts planned! Today I wanted to round up everything I wore in Palm Springs… everything I wore would be perfect for a beach trip or vacation (and hopefully it is finally starting to warm up where you are… it is finally starting to in NC!).

jersey jumpsuit // Delsey carry-on luggage, also here// Chanel Deauville bag, this one is my exact one! // Adidas Superstar sneakers // Brixton straw hat

Let’s start with THE CUTEST JUMPSUIT EVER. My jumpsuit obsession started with this one that I wore when traveling to Mexico earlier this year… I realized how freakin’ comfortable they were and then powered full steam ahead with my obsession! I always bring a denim jacket with me, or a travel scarf, in case I get cold on the plane. If you haven’t worn one of these soft jersey jumpsuits yet, they seriously feel like pajamas!

black pom pom swimsuit top // swimsuit bottoms (you can also find the swimsuit here for cheaper) // Brixton hat

This pom pom swimsuit was the perfect flattering bikini to lay back and relax by the pool in Palm Springs. In addition, it comes in TONS of colors now! I personally own it in white, red and now black. You can see all of the colors (and prints and patterns) here.

Free People blue and white striped top (just ordered the same top in this pink color!) // white shorts, also like these // Rayban sunglasses // Michele watch // evil eye necklace

This was a great casual outfit for grabbing lunch with my girlfriends. I ordered this blue and white striped top in a size XS… it is a little cropped, so keep that in mind while ordering. My white shorts are slightly high-waisted so you couldn’t see my stomach at all! The top would also be adorable with white pants.

two piece set (less than $100 for both pieces!) // Stuart Weitzman ankle-strap sandals, also love these and they’re less expensive // Chanel bag, similar but less expensive here

A two piece set for less than $100?! Yes please! This one is so cute and flattering! A lot of people thought it was a romper, but it’s actually two separates – a pair of shorts and a crop top. I love how the shorts flare out a teeny bit, creating an hourglass shape. They’re super flattering!

wrap top (can be worn a few different ways & also has matching shorts) // jean shorts (my favorite ever!!! size down one size for the perfect fit)

We ventured out to Joshua Tree National Park around sunset while we were in Palm Springs, how beautiful is the desert background?! I just love this wrap top (wearing XS) and I’m now kicking myself for not ordering the matching shorts.

striped crop top (less than $50) // white shorts (less than $50), similar here // leopard sandals // Michele watch // Chanel bag, similar but less expensive HERE // evil eye necklace // Rayban sunglasses

I did a whole blog post on this outfit, but I had to include it because it’s my favorite outfit I’ve worn!! I like how the neutrals are so classic, but the leopard sandals add a pop of color and “fun” vibe to the look. Both top and bottoms run TTS.

one-piece swimsuit // jean shorts (my favorite ever!!! size down one size for the perfect fit) // Chanel Deauville bag, this one is my exact one! // Rayban sunglasses

This one piece swimsuit is awesome because you can also wear it as a top! I tried it on with white shorts and also loved how that looked as well. You could even add an oversized white button-up shirt to the look if you want a little more coverage.

white swiss dot romper, similar here and here // Brixton hat // Stuart Weitzman ankle-strap sandals, also love these and they’re less expensive // similar evil eye necklace

So sad this romper sold out – I did find this one that’s really similar however!

on Jessica: white eyelet top // jean skirt // hair tie // on me: blue off-the-shoulder top // white shorts // hair ribbon

Our last look – how gorgeous is this background?! We thought it looked like Santorini or Mykonos with the blue door and blooming flowers! I’m in love with Jessica’s white eyelet top – it’s even 20% off today!

Who all is headed to Coachella in Palm Springs this year?! I’ve never been (and I would love to go!) but we have too much going on right now!! I’m hoping life will slow down soon… I really hate not having a routine at home, not spending enough time with my husband/dog and not even being able to keep my house clean, haha! I woke up this morning at 5 a.m. with anxiety thinking about everything I want to get done this week. I also want to eat really clean – I think we ate carbs in Japan for EVERY SINGLE meal hah!

P.S. If you have any questions about sizing let me know in the comments!

  7. Love this post!! I saw your outfits on Instagram, but I love a good round-up of all of them on the blog as well. I think my favorite is the white romper, it is sooo adorable.
Sorry to hear that you are really stressed and struggling with anxiety right now. I am struggling with it myself at the moment and it really is not a pleasant experience.
Hope everything gets better for you soon!
