On Friday, I packed up my bags and headed to my alma mater for homecoming weekend! UNC Chapel Hill will always hold a special place in my heart. Seeing my sorority house and the beautiful campus that I used to walk through every day brought back so many memories! It was also a meaningful trip because I brought my boyfriend there for the first time (we met after college) and he had never really experienced Chapel Hill before. I was excited to show him a little piece of my world.
Before the game, we had an alumni homecoming brunch at my sorority house Kappa Delta (biscuit bar… yum!). Then we all headed to Top of the Hill for mimosas before the game. I was super excited to hang out with one of my best friends from high school, Nicole!
Annddd I even brought along my new wine tumbler from Swoozies… perfect for portable mimosas. 😉
The game was really fun, albeit a little chilly. It was a great day for a Tarheel win, though!
Random side note… You can’t tell from the pictures, but my favorite part of my outfit was actually my earrings! Aren’t these ram earrings from Julie Vos just adorable? They are actually clip-ons. Shhh!
All in all it was a perfect weekend, filled with friends and fun. I LOVE weekends like that, although my body needs more than one day to recover now! I have to remind myself I’m not a college student any longer, even though I like to pretend that I still am.

Sounds like a great weekend! I visited UNC Chapel Hill over the summer to potentially go there for grad school. I instantly fell in love. Couldn't imagine leaving. So jealous you were able to spend 4 years there!!! 🙂
