What I’m Buying for Fall

one // two // three // four // five // six // seven // eight // nine // ten // eleven // twelve // thirteen // fourteen

Our weather here in Winston has been quite chilly and gloomy – but I actually don’t mind it one bit. Yesterday I spent the morning in a coffee shop wrapped in a snuggly sweater, and the day before I watched Halloweentown while making a big batch of veggie chili in the crock pot. Not to mention, I brought out all of my pumpkin-scented candles and have been burning them nonstop! So, I guess you could say that I’m ready for fall ๐Ÿ™‚ In fact, I’ve already made quite a few purchases ย for the upcoming season. I’m loving camel, olive, and blush tones for autumn… plus snakeskin is really “trendy” this year – I’m obsessed with these cute booties! I can’t wait to receive this suede skirt in the mail (I’m envisioning it both with booties and over-the-knee boots), but perhaps my favorite item I’ve bought so far is this Chloe handbag. I DIE, you guys. Look out for it in a blog post soon!

I’d love to know what you guys are ordering for the fall and what trends you’re looking forward to!

xoxo

  3. I am living for your fall activities so far haha! I love Halloweentown & chili so literally perfect night ever and settling in to a coffee shop is seriously a dream. I may or may not have pulled out my Christmas pjs the other day because it was chilly in NYC. But, I love your picks here Caitlin. So fun and I agree, totally swooning over that Chloe bag and I can’t wait to see you style it.
P.S Hope you stay safe during this crazy hurricane!

  6. Loving that you’re already feeling like you’re in the fall season! I live in Texas and it totally still feels like summer here, ugh!

But your picks are gorgeous – I especially love the knee-high boots, I’ve been on the hunt for a good pair for fall. And Caitlin, I am absolutely IN LOVE with your blog relaunch. You can tell how much detail went into the layout and it’s truly so beautiful and really suits you!! Congrats!

  8. Totally feel you, Caitlin! The temps have dropped here in Dallas as soon as it September (which is SO weird) and I couldn’t be happier, ha! It’s been cloudy and rainy for a few weeks, but I LOVE it! I just need it to be less humid and a bit colder and I’ll be busting out my sweaters and boots too. I plan on getting some fall candles this weekend and start my search for what I need for fall. So far, it’s some nice booties.

P.S. That Chloe bag is BEAUTIFUL! #HelloLover

  21. I’m seeing the snakeskin trend EVERYWHERE and tbh it’s just not me at all!! I’ll stick with my leopard print, but I’m loving all the variations and creativity I’m seeing this season.
