Well I just made it to Cabo, y’all, and I wanted to share a little of what I brought in my suitcase!
Bathing suits and cover-ups are a given, but I really want to point out the straw fringe clutch – I don’t think the photo does it justice at all. It is SO cute in person and because it’s a neutral, it goes with just about every vacation outfit you could think of. And it’s not only perfect for Cabo but is also wearable all spring and summer long.
Second favorite item – this cactus phone case! (There’s also one for the iPhone 6 here.) If you saw my instagram from yesterday you may have seen it already – it’s really cute in person – there’s a touch of gold metallic on the cacti that make it extra cute.
Small makeup and jewelry cases are a necessity when traveling – but I simply couldn’t resist these bright printed Kendra Scott travel bags. I have all three sizes (large, medium, and small) and use them to store toiletries, makeup and jewelry. They have a bunch of pockets inside – the medium sized one even has a compartment for makeup brushes that is really convenient.
Lastly, I brought these three products with me that are perfect for a beach vacation: highlighter, protective lip balm and hair shine spray. This particular highlighter is one I’ve used for a few months now and I absolutely love it – it’s even prettier with a tan. I apply a little bit on my cheeks with a small makeup brush for a gorgeous glow. The hair shine spray is also awesome – it protects your hair from UV rays, nourishes it and also gives it a gorgeous shine.
