Toddler Christmas Books

Tallulah’s Nutcracker // Biscuit’s Pet & Play Christmas // Santa Mouse // Where Is Baby’s Christmas Present? // Baby Loves Winter // The Spider Who Saved Christmas // Claris The Chicest Mouse In Paris Holiday Heist // The Gingerbread Man

I wanted to round up all of Kennedy’s favorite Christmas books this season! Kenny LOVES for me to read to her, especially at night before bed. (Even though I think she sometimes requests multiple books because she is trying to delay bedtime lol.) If you’re shopping for a younger child or baby, I recommend these four: Biscuit’s Pet & Play Christmas // Santa Mouse // Where Is Baby’s Christmas Present? // Baby Loves Winter. They are all board books that are either interactive or short enough to keep a baby’s attention span! We especially love the books by Karen Katz as they all have flaps to lift and really cute illustrations!

These four are all a little longer and more involved: Tallulah’s Nutcracker // The Spider Who Saved Christmas // Claris The Chicest Mouse In Paris Holiday Heist // The Gingerbread Man, and Kennedy is just now at the point where she enjoys them (she is almost two years old for reference). The Spider Who Saved Christmas is a really cute book about Jesus, Joseph and Mary, but I do have to “paraphrase” the longer paragraphs so that Kennedy doesn’t lose interest! She LOVES the illustrations, though!

If you have any favorite Christmas books for toddlers, let me know in the comments! We are always looking for new books!

xoxo

We would read books the 12 nights before Christmas to get in the mood. My kids loved The Sweet Smell of Christmas (scratch and snuff), Mr. Willowby’s Christmas Tree, and Olive the Other Reindeer.

  3. These are super fun books! Perfect for little ones. My son, though much older, does the same thing with reading and bedtime. He keeps trying to postpone! Lol Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas!
