I wore this look in Charleston a few days ago for lunch and shopping around town. Words can’t express how in love I am with these light-wash skinny jeans that are less than $60! I feel like it’s typically pretty hard to find great-fitting jeans for less than $200, which makes these an absolute steal. Just a tip about the brand, they run a little big so I always size down one size! They also have a bunch of darker wash styles out too (and they’re less than $60 as well). I’m including them in the widget below!
P.S. I’m wearing an XS in my white cold shoulder top and it IS lined – not see-through at all (this is always my worry when ordering white tops!!).

You are so right, it IS hard to find a good fitting skinny jean that's not premium denim. I recently had success with Target for the Levi's Denzien jeans. They hold stretch well and the bootcut is a true bootcut (it actually fits boots under it for a change, many brands seem to be very slim and show bumps from boots lately). Your new jeans here are lovely on you!
