With spring wedding season coming up, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about what to wear, so I wanted to round up some of my favorite spring wedding guest dresses all in one place. Whether you have a more formal event, an outdoor ceremony, or something a little more casual, finding the right dress can sometimes feel overwhelming this time of year.
Spring weddings are one of my favorites to dress for because I love all the color and florals! I also always try to find pieces that aren’t just great for a wedding, but that I can re-wear for other events throughout spring and summer.

When I think of spring wedding guest dresses, I immediately think of color. This time of year is perfect for florals, pastels, and brighter tones that feel fresh and seasonal. Tips for Choosing a Spring Wedding Guest Dress
Here are the things I always keep in mind when picking out a dress for a spring wedding!

Caitlin. Great picks. I thought that dress you modeled for us was white too. The camera does not really bring out the purple in this beautiful dress at all. I have a wedding to go to in Early June and I can’t wait. Also weddings is an another opportunity to wear my highest heels. These dresses work well for other warm weather events too.

The dress is actually a very pretty light purple not white at all. You can definitely tell in person that it isn’t white. I’ve worn it to a wedding without any confusion. Dress is from Self Portrait. They have many other colours to choose from.

Hi Caitlin, just wondering if the colour of the Self Portrait dress you are wearing is definitely ‘Lilac’? It looks like a much darker purple on the website than the dress you are wearing.
