Ruffle Sleeve Dress for Less Than $50

Dee Elly ruffle sleeve dress (less than $50), this one is very similar and even less $$ //
leopard scarf // Celine handbag // peep toe booties
Happy Monday, everyone! I wore this outfit yesterday to take my dad out for his birthday dinner! This ruffle sleeve dress from Nordstrom is super high quality (very thick material) and less than $50. It’s a little longer than the dresses I usually wear, which makes it more work appropriate. I added this leopard scarf for a pop of color – one of my favorite ways to tie a scarf is to knot the two ends. It adds some visual interest, and that way your scarf isn’t hanging down at your knees, haha! I’m sure you already know this, but Nordstrom has some really cute transitional pieces right now that will help you glide right into fall.
Did everyone have a good weekend?! Ours was relaxing, yet pretty productive (crossed some wedding stuff off the list).
On another note, today is my parents’ anniversary – they’ve been married for 35 years today! They’re honestly the best example of “relationship goals” I have ever seen. They’ve taught me so much about marriage and relationships, communication, how to work together through obstacles, how to raise a family, etc. and 35 years later they’re still madly in love with each other. Thank you for being such an awesome example of Christ’s love, mom and dad!
xoxo

I love the idea of tying a knot on the scarf. I purchased the scarf during Nordstorm Anniversary Sale and received it earlier this week. I love it!

In Florida, it never gets super cool in the fall unfortunately, so transitional pieces end up being my fall wardrobe, thanks as always for sharing! ~Stephanie (Basilchic)

  19. I love how you tied the scarf! I am always at odds for how to wear some of my longer scarfs when it's not freezing and having them wrapped around my neck makes me super hot. Giving this a try later this week!
