Happy Monday! I’m back with some more photos from our session with Rebecca Dale. Do you recognize this fountain in the background? It’s Bethesda Fountain in Central Park… Apparently it’s been in several movies, but the reason I recognize it is from the show Gossip Girl – haha! Anyways, it’s absolutely beautiful in person. I wore this printed romper in NYC because it felt more “city-like” than some of my other (brightly colored) outfits. I also love it because it will be perfect for football games, and can easily transition into fall with a cardigan and booties!

I also wore the same romper this past weekend in Savannah. I dressed it down by adding a straw hat and gladiator sandals for a more casual look.

How to dress down a romper

Speaking of my weekend in Savannah, I have fallen in love with that city! (Thank you to everyone who gave recommendations.) Here are a few of my favorite restaurants we went to: Tubby’s (for brunch), Vic’s on the River, Moon River Brewing Company, and Huys. The coolest bar we went to was the Bohemian rooftop bar… by far the best view of Savannah and the gorgeous bridge! For shopping, we headed to Broughton Street and even found a cute little macaron shop (and a Starbucks). Since my boyfriend was in the wedding party, we didn’t have a lot of freedom to go where we wanted or eat where we wanted… I am dying to try some of the other restaurants and bars that y’all mentioned. All in all, it is an amazing city!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

  4. I adore this summery look for walking around in the city! I like how that romper is a bit more sophisticated with the collar, but can easily be transitioned from look to look. Love those shoes too!
