Happy Monday morning, you guys! I’m back in North Carolina now and it’s actually hard for me to look at these photos when it’s SO HOT here, haha! The heat index has been around 105 degrees and it certainly makes me miss the cooler temps and the fresh mountain air. I have been staying indoors in the air conditioning every since I got home. 🙂 This outfit is actually from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale – and many pieces are still in stock! My pink sweater is super soft and marked down to less than $50, while my plaid scarf goes perfectly and is also fully stocked. It might seem crazy to buy fall clothes in the summer, but they’re such a good price – and you can hold on to them until fall!
This is going to be a bit of a crazy week. We have a lot of stuff going on in our personal lives, and I also have a short trip to NYC scheduled this week! Oh and my house is a WRECK, lol! If anyone knows good house cleaners in the Winston Salem area, drop me a note! xoxo

yes….too hot for the South to be thinking about Fall clothes but I can’t wait. I love anything pink and this makes me want to purchase it. I actually have 5 tabs open from Nordstrom as we speak.
This looks so cozy and gives me a little bit of that autumn vibe – but don’t come too soon cold weather! – the colour is so feminine. Beautiful choice.
