Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: Baby Gear!

One of the best categories in this year’s Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (in my opinion) is the baby gear section! After having three babies, I consider myself to be quite an expert on baby products. 🙂 I keep seeing the question, “What baby products are included in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?,” so if you’re asking the same question, this post is for you!

Many of the “big” baby items we own (like car seats and strollers) are included in the 2026 NSALE this year. (However, I was disappointed to see that the Doona stroller was actually not included this year!) Below you’ll find a thorough review of each item, ranging from car seats to strollers to our high chair. I researched all of these baby items for hours and hours before making my purchases, and I can confidently say that they are some of the best on the market!

P.S. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale officially starts July 14th for Icon Credit Card holders. If you’re not sure what Nordstrom Club Status you have, you can find out here – just log in and click My Account! You can also check out this blog post for all the information you need to know before the sale begins.

Uppababy Vista V3 Stroller

The Uppababy Vista Stroller was the #1 stroller recommendation from our family and friends when I became pregnant with our first child, Kennedy. They all told us that it works really well and lasts for YEARS, so multiple children all got to use it – and guess what – they were right! This stroller has held up amazingly well over the last six years. We used it for both Kennedy and Collins, and now we are using it for Eleanor – and it still looks brand new! This stroller is incredibly smooth, even when there are bumps and cracks in the pavement, making it the perfect stroller for everyday use. It does fit in our car’s trunk and is easy for me to unfold and fold up by myself, although it does take up quite a bit of trunk space.

In the past, the Uppababy Vista stroller has also come with a bassinet, but this year Nordstrom is selling the bassinet separately. I highly recommend the bassinet if your baby is a newborn or less than a year old. This is what we are currently using with our newborn – all of my babies have taken some very long naps in the bassinet while we were out and about! The bassinet is removable, so you can even take it inside your house and move it from room to room. When your baby is a little older, the reversible toddler seat is what you will use most. Collins still fits in the toddler seat (she is three!). Both girls likes to sit in it when we have the snack tray attached with some of their favorite snacks.

The Uppababy Vista stroller also grows with your family, as you can buy adapters to make it usable for two babies. I personally prefer the side-by-side strollers when you have two kids (so that they can look at and interact with each other), but I know this function works well for a lot of families and it keeps the stroller from getting too wide. (The side-by-side stroller is hard to take in some stores that have narrow aisles.) Overall this is a WONDERFUL choice for an everyday stroller and we could not be happier with it!

Slumberpod Blackout Sleep Tent

I am so happy to see that the SlumberPod Blackout Sleep Tent is included in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year! The SlumperPod was really a game-changer for traveling with our kids. It’s a portable, private canopy that goes on top of a crib or pack-and-play – allowing your child to sleep peacefully in complete darkness (yes, even in a brightly-lit hotel room!). The SlumberPod blocks 95% of light (I have tested it myself), easily fits in a suitcase, and even has a spot at the top for your baby monitor so you can still watch your baby while they slumber. This particular model comes with its own mini fan that you can put in the bottom to make sure air is flowing and keep your child cool.

Like I said, when we first got this it was a complete game-changer for us – and I now bring it on every single trip with us! It’s especially nice if you’re sharing a hotel room with your babe, because they can sleep and you can still have the light on or the blinds open. We make sure to have a sound machine nearby, too.

Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair

The Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair has really grown with our kids and has been a staple for every meal in our household. I really can’t say enough good things about it! I originally decided to purchase it because it’s non-toxic (the base is made from solid beechwood and water-based paint, while the tray is free of BPA and pthalates), but now that we’ve been using it for several years, we genuinely love it. It’s super sturdy, the girls can’t tip it over, and it’s easy to wipe down if it gets messy during mealtimes. Kennedy used it from the time she was only 6 months old just beginning to eat to when she was two and a half years old – and the same with Collins. When Eleanor gets to be 6 months old, guess what? She will use it, too!

This really is the perfect high chair for babies just beginning to eat! For starters, it puts babies in an ergonomically correct position to eat, with their feet on the “floor” and ability to lean forward (rather than being forced into a reclined position). The high chair does have a five-point harness if your baby is a wiggle worm. And, like I said, the biggest pro is the sturdiness of this chair – so sturdy, in fact, that it will even hold an adult! The chair is also adjustable as your babies grow.

The only possible con I could think of: this high chair does not fold up! If you do need to store the chair or “hide” it, we found that you can easily side it up to the table and out of the way, much like a regular chair.

Nuna PIPA Car Seat in Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, NSALE, baby in car seat

Nuna PIPA Car Seat

The Nuna PIPA Aire Infant Car Seat is a lightweight, full-featured infant car seat that can be installed with just a seat belt – and without the car base – makes it ideal for traveling by car or taxi. We personally used the Nuna PIPA car seat with both Kennedy and Collins and it is an awesome choice for your baby’s first car seat. I am a HUGE fan of the Nuna brand because all of their car seats are completely free of flame retardants and perfluorinated chemicals and are made with the highest quality standards – they’re even Greenguard certified, too. This is so hard to find in a car seat brand!

This year’s model features an aluminum carry handle with leatherette accents, soft merino wool inserts, and a two-position canopy with UPF 50+ protection. I personally loved this car seat because it’s only six pounds and is easy to get in and out of the car!

NSALE Price: Originally $650.00, marked down to $475.99

Nuna RAVA Convertible Car Seat in Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, NSALE, baby in car seat

Nuna RAVA Convertible Car Seat

The Nuna RAVA Convertible Car Seat is the perfect car seat to transition your toddler to once they grow out of their infant car seat! We switched Kennedy and Collins over to this one when they were each about 15 months old, and it’s what we currently use in our car (Kennedy is FIVE and still fits in it rear-facing!). It’s perfect for growing toddlers – the adjustable style allows kids up to 50 pounds to ride rear-facing and up to 65 pounds forward-facing. (We plan to keep both girls rear-facing for AS LONG as possible because it’s safest!) This car seat has cup holders on both sides for easy access to drinks and snacks during long car rides and features a 10-position recline with the push of a button. Like all Nuna car seats, this one is also completely free of flame retardants and perfluorinated chemicals, which is important to us!

Are there any cons? The only thing I can think of is that it’s not a car seat you want to be moving from car to car with any sort of frequency. It is on the heavier side, so we keep it installed in our family car and never move it!

NSALE Price: Originally $580.00, marked down to $429.99

BabyBjörn Bouncer and Baby Carrier Bundle

This year, the BabyBjörn Baby Carrier and Bouncer come in a convenient bundle – we have and love both items! I really love the light beige color of this duo and wish that I had the matching set as well.

The BabyBjörn Baby Carrier is perfect for carrying babies when they are young! I’ve tried out lots of different wraps and carriers over the years, but my favorite remains BabyBjörn because of how easy it is to take on and off. My babies all sleep in the carrier while I do housework like laundry and dishes – it is such a good way to comfort your baby and be able to do things at the same time! This carrier that is included in the NSALE this year is created especially for newborns or babies anywhere from 0 to 12 months. Like I mentioned, it is simple to put on and take off – the entire front section unfastens to allow you to gently lift your baby out if they fall asleep.

The BabyBjörn Bouncer is another staple in our household – in fact, Eleanor is in hers right now as I type this! If Eleanor is fussy, gently rocking her in the bouncer will soothe her (and also put her right to sleep). It has three adjustable positions and folds flat for easy storage. It can also grow with your child – once they can sit without help, you can flip the washable cover to convert the bouncer into a comfortable seat. (P.S. If you are just wanting the bouncer and not the carrier, the bouncer is also included in the NSALE by itself.)

  1. SALLY

Gotta to pass this post along to my cousin who is now pregnant. Maybe a possible present for her. Made it back home from Long Island/NYC. Caught a bad cold but still managed to go to the NYC Fireworks show. The heat in NYC/Long Island made me sweat it out and I am now much better. Now boyfriend is sick. Yikes I gave it to him. I am much more mad about it. He is like oh well it I will be better soon. He will just ride it out and do little to nothing to take care of the cold. Frustrating for me because I could catch it again. The car ride to and from Long Island was fun. Only had to stop once for a charge each time. Traveled at night so it was better for the battery. On the way we made in non stop from Virginia Beach to Central Jersey on one charge. Got real close to zero. It was 3% and we found a charging station. On the way back we stopped off at Dover Delaware for breakfast to get a charge. At least this time it was 20%. and not 3% before a recharge. Happy for family friend letting us get a full charge a couple of times while in Long Island. Vacation would have been more fun if we didn’t get sick but we made the best of it. It slowed me down a bit and him too on the way back.
