Four Ways to Wear Stripes

Happy Monday morning, everyone! I looooove stripes, and I picked up this Halogen Bell Sleeve Knit Top during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (it’s still available, btw!). I thought it would be fun to style it a few different ways on the blog today. (Let me know which look is your favorite!)
This first look I absolutely love!! I paired the striped top with all different tones of pink/mauve, from my baker boy cap to this adorable roomy tote bag. Baker boy hats typically don’t look that great on me, but I really like the fit of this one. I’m thinking of picking it up in black too!
For this second look, I kept it simple by pairing the striped top with a corduroy miniskirt. This would be a great transition outfit as we move forward into cooler months.

In my book, stripes and leopard are a match made in heaven! I love pattern mixing, so for this outfit I paired the top with leopard mules and a neutral handbag.

Last but not least, stripes and plaid are another great combo! This scarf is actually still available from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale – snag it while you can!! It’s really cute but also sooo soft!

Did everyone have a good weekend?!  Since the wedding is over,  Chris and I have been focusing on furnishing and decorating our house! The downstairs is close to being complete, but we have not even touched any of the rooms upstairs so we have a loooot of work left to do. I’ll be doing a “mini house tour” on the blog this week so stay tuned 🙂
xoxo

  2. Love this post!! Stripes are a basic and everyday essential in my book so I love seeing all the ways you styled it. I picked up that skirt as well and didn't even think of pairing a striped top with it so I'm so happy you showed that combo. And can't wait to see your mini house tour Caitlin!

  3. These looks are so cute! I love a great striped shirt, and I have a similar striped bell sleeve top from Vici Dolls. It looks absolutely gorgeous with the plum jeans.

  9. Hi Caitlin! Unrelated to these cute outfits 🙂 but I was wondering if you are still planning to do a travel guide for your time in Ravello during your honeymoon? I have been keeping an eye out for it as we're planning to spend our honeymoon next year on the Amalfi Coast!
