Cozy At Home Essentials

It’s been nearly two weeks since I’ve seen anyone in person other than my husband and my brother… and I’m starting to feel a little stir crazy! And, like many small businesses have experienced, my job has also slowed waaayyy down, as a lot of brands have put their campaigns on hold. I’ve had more free time on my hands than I’ve had in, well, YEARS. I’m trying to make the most of it, though, mainly by cleaning my house and focusing on self-care. I’ve been using my extra free time to read, take baths, finish the laundry… even organize my closet drawers! Today I wanted to make a list of cozy at home “essentials” – all things I either own or have ordered to make my house as cozy as possible. Since we’re going to be stuck inside for a while… why not make it cozy, right!?

This lavender waffle knit pullover and matching lounge pants arrived in the mail last week and I’ve been wearing them nonstop. They’re even cute enough to wear down your driveway to check the mailbox (I know because I did it yesterday hahah). I’ve also been running my diffuser with calming essential oils to help cheer us up and keep the house smelling nice. And these blue light blocking glasses have been a life-saver at bedtime, since they block out all the blue light from my laptop and cell phone, and help me sleep better at night!

I’m still waiting on a few things to come in the mail, like this deep sleep pillow spray, leopard earbuds and “Friday” mug. I’ll definitely share my review of them once they come in!

I’d love to know if there are any at-home essentials you’ve been loving, if you’ve also been stuck inside! xoxo

  1. Glad to hear that you are able to do something useful with your additional free time! I myself am even a little bit happy about this time of slowing down. I love the look of those pajama sets and that oil diffuser btw!

  2. That pillow spray sounds awesome.
Lately I´ve been having trouble to sleep at my regular time, I think because of the situation… but definitely to keep cozy the environment is the best idea to improve all this time inside.

  3. Those sound like wonderful things to do! I can relate to the stir crazy feeling lately, I’ve never had to stay in this much or it doesn’t seem like it. Love all of your picks!!

  5. I have also taken this time off to clean and put some order in my closet. And to read!! However (and luckily), I’m still working full time so I can’t complete all my to-do’s as fast as I wished 😉
