Chanel handbag, similar HERE // YSL lipstick in “tropical pink”
Out of all the places we went to in Italy, Capri was my hands-down favorite. Immediately when we arrived, it felt like “home” – a really hard feeling to describe, but it felt so familiar and comforting, like some part of me had been there before. Anyway (more about Capri later), this was my favorite outfit I wore there! And, no surprise, everything is from Nordstrom. This Milly ombré striped shirt from Nordstrom certainly makes a statement, with the gorgeous floral appliqué. It matched perfectly with the lush flowers found all round Capri. Whether you’re looking for a statement piece or an everyday closet essential, Nordstrom has you covered. In fact, I actually only brought one pair of jeans with me to Italy, and it was a pair of AG jeans. They go with EVERYTHING, so I didn’t need to bring any other jeans! (P.S. A bunch of you have asked me to do a “packing” blog post on what I brought to Italy, including my curling wand, converters, etc. so that post will be up soon :))
Did everyone have a good weekend?! I just got back from Ocean Isle Beach – it’s seriously the best week out of the entire year for me. It was extra fun this year because I have Winnie now, and she is obsessed with my parents’ dog Lilly (a bichon). The two of them are inseparable and are SO freakin’ cute together. I’m missing my parents and Lilly this morning!
