Blue & White Bell Sleeve Top

MAC lipstick in “pink nouveau mixed with Smashbox “magenta matte”

This top embodies all of the trends of this Spring… blue and white, stripes, ruffles and bell sleeves! It sold out in a hot second on Nordstrom’s website, but they JUST restocked it in all sizes so snag it while you can!!! I also found this top and this one that are both pretty similar ๐Ÿ™‚

Sorry for the late post today! I haven’t had much energy lately. Yesterday I was fine all day until around 4 p.m. – I started feeling so tired that it was all I could do to raise my arm and check the time on my phone. I ended up going to bed really early and I feel a little better today. I think it may have something to do with allergies?! Does this happen to anyone else?!

xoxo

  1. What a beautiful top! I love how you styled it – and your lipstick is such a nice colour! It's interesting to see what colour you can create by mixing products haha

  2. We must be channeling eachother! It may be allergies; I never developed any until I moved to the hill country. I felt like I hit a wall at about the same time yesterday amd still feel a little blah today. When coffee isn't rescuing me, so at times I rely on my trusty B12. Have you tried that?

Love the oufit! On trend yet classic! Feel better soon!

    • No I haven't tried B12!! I'm going to look into it ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks for the tip!

  4. Love your outfit and your blog! Yes it could be due to allergies. My doctor told me one time when I was feeling so drained. Drink some tea (at least once a day) with honey in it. The honey is suppose to help your body learn how to tolerate pollen. I was told to use local honey made my local bees, but honestly I've been using the kind sold at grocery stores. I've been drinking it for 3 months now and so far no issue with pollen. Last year was so bad for me, I had a sinus infection almost 3 times a month. Honey is the golden ticket ๐Ÿ˜‰

    • Girl, I'm the same! I just get so worn out from allergies! I hope you feel better soon! JaMeka's right. I've been told the same; that when you use honey, use honey made from bees in your area. Just check the label to make sure!

      3.30.17Reply
    • Using honey is a great idea but you have to make sure it's real honey because most brands in the grocery store don't sell real honey. If it has an expiration date, it's not real honey, it's just sugar, that's probably why your doctor told you to get local honey. And also, local bussinesses tend to treat bees with more respect unlike some big industrialized brands so that's another thing to worry about.

  30. I was sick last week no energy and ended up with flu and bronchitis. I would take zinc 50mg everyday with food. It helps boost immunity. I love the outfit. I'm going to try these white jeans but will probably size down to 24 based on reviews. I also saw your link to target. I just purchased few tops on line last wk and was surprised the cute styles and brands they had. Love your posts! You always look adorable!

  32. I have struggled with fatigue off and on for years, but recently have been looking into the importance of gut health and leaky gut/candida overgrowth. They say your gut is your second brain, and when the ratio of good vs bad bacteria get out of balance many things can be affected and it can cause "mystery symptoms" all over our bodies, including fatigue and brain fog, as well as digestive issues and other things. You should look into taking probiotics and fermented foods. I am even starting to make my own kombucha, which is a probiotic tea.

Anyways I love your blog and your outfits and I think you are so gorgeous!! xoxo <3
