Pom Pom Cover-up in Mexico

tassel tote (obsessed), also love this one
This is my last post from Tulum, I promise! (No really, I’m out of pictures haha) But I just had to share this pom pom coverup by the brand SUNDRESS. I have been a loyal fan of SUNDRESS for years now… they make the cutest cover-ups, all in fun colors and always adorned with pom poms or tassels. They are perfect for a beach vacation, or just for laying by the pool! (And they usually are conversation starters haha). You can check out all of the cover-ups HERE. 🙂
Thank you to everyone who left a kind comment on my resort review post yesterday! I really appreciated your comments, as I always strive to be honest with you guys! Switching topics to something completely random – have you guys read any good books lately?! I have been in a book slump lately – every book I’ve tried to start I just haven’t been into. Let me know if you’ve read a good one recently!
xoxo

  1. Gorgeous as always. I've got so many books I'm dying to read just don't have the time to get through them. Next on my list is "All the light we cannot see".

  2. My favorite book that I recommend to all my friends is The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. It is the best book I've ever read!! Total tear jerker, but beautifully written and an amazing story!

  3. Anything by Liane Moriarty – Big Little Lies was my most recent read of hers, and it's actually premiering on HBO on Sunday as a limited series. The French War Bride by Robin Wells was really good too – it's less a love story and more historical fiction. Loved it!

    • I second Liane! I know you like thrillers, so I think you'd like her suspenseful yet light style.

    • I LOVE Liane Moriarty! I just finished the Hypnotist's Love Story and it was really good. Big Little Lies was probably my favorite, and also the Husband's Secret!

  6. Love this look and your posts are giving me such wonderlust! I know you like thrillers so I would second Pretty Girls it is one of my favourites to date! I am also hooked on a series by Linda Castillo which follows police chief Kate Burkholder in a series of murders involving the Amish community in her district. I have read 3 of the 8 so far and am hooked! If your looking for a cute light read I just finished Love & Gelato and I just read Nicholas Spark's Two by Two which of course made me cry but was good. I also highly recommend Adulting if you haven't read it for a good laugh and some helpful tips. I post new book reviews on Wednesdays if you are ever looking for some ideas. https://lindzfw.wordpress.com/category/bookshelf/

  13. My book club recently read Victoria, which is the book to accompany the new PBS series of the same name. I don't usually love stuff about British royalty, but I have to admit it was a GREAT little read and just a light enjoyable story. I am recording the show but haven't watched it yet. Victoria is a spirited 18 year old girl who inherits the throne and basically everyone tries to control her and she's not having it. It's good! Daisy Goodwin is the writer. And if you like trilogies, Queen of the Tearling is really good! It's sort of dystopian society meets Game of Thrones…(That's really weird sounding, but I promise it's good.) 🙂

  42. "The After Party" by Anton DiSclafani was really good. I've loved anything by Karin Slaughter (I know a few other ladies recommended "Pretty Girls"–that got me started on working my way through all of her books. When you have another list of books you've read through, please do another post. I got some good recommendations off your last one!
