Favorite Post-Workout Smoothie Recipe

North Face full zip jacket (sold out), similar here and here, LOVE this one and it’s on sale!
Today I’m sharing (not only) a cute workout outfit from Nordstrom, but also one of my favorite smoothie recipes as of late! As for the outfit, this green jacket from Nordstrom is really comfy – my apartment always seems to be freezing so I like to throw this on even over regular clothes. I love the bright green color! I wore it on a long walk to breakfast over the weekend. Even though the green one is sold out, I really love this one (probably because it’s neon duh). Check out more of my favorites below!

Now for the smoothie recipe… whenever the weather warms up I automatically start craving smoothies. It’s like clockwork! There’s nothing better than starting your day off with a cool drink that tastes like dessert, am I right? I’m addicted to this current smoothie combo – it’s tropical and just plain DELISH.

Tropical Post-Workout Smoothie
Serves two

Ingredients:
– 1 cup frozen pineapple (you can get this from the freezer section of the grocery store)
– 1 cup frozen mango
– 1 1/4 cup orange juice
– 1 carton of Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt in the flavor “toasted coconut” (this makes the smoothie!)
– 1 cup of ice

Blend all the ingredients together… and enjoy!

  14. Sounds delish! I like to use whey protein in place of the yogurt too. Vanilla ice cream protein works really well to nourish your muscles after a workout. It's easy to have in the house in case you run out of yogurt πŸ™‚
