Forever 21 red ruffle top // Forever 21 embroidered shorts (they run large so size down!)
You’ve probably caught on by now that I really, really freakin’ love pom poms. Pom poms and tassels are where it’s at, folks! At least in my mind it is… cause I can’t get enough of them! These pom pom shorts are from Forever 21 and less than $30, so it was pretty obvious that I had to get them. (Just make sure to size down because the shorts run a half-size larger than their normal products!) And how perfect is this red ruffle top (also from Forever 21)? I love it with the shorts, but I’m also planning on recreating a fun July 4th outfit with this top! You could pair it with a white skirt or pants, jean shorts, anything.
I ended up wearing this outfit to the farmer’s market in Greenville, S.C., this past weekend. I went to visit my friend Megan (For All Things Lovely blog) and she lives there! Greenville is such a picturesque city… the main street is filled with shops, quaint restaurants and friendly people. It was really fun to go back and visit some of my favorite spots. Plus I love getting to see Megan – girl time is always fun!
