Happy Friday! I’ve teamed up with Swoozie’s and some of my favorite bloggers today to share our favorite summer drink recipes. So let’s get started!

I am obsessed with pina coladas, but they aren’t the healthiest drink in the world. The restaurant versions are always loaded with sugar and saturated fat. I’ve been testing out my own “healthy” versions of the same thing and found a combo that I love! This smoothie has all of the flavors of a pina colada – banana, coconut and pineapple – but it’s made with fresh, natural ingredients. It also makes a great breakfast because it’s really quick and it contains oats 🙂 My favorite thing to do is work out in the morning and then sip on one of these afterward!

Ingredients:
6 oz Greek yogurt – coconut flavored
1 cup pineapple juice
1.5 cups coconut water (or you can use coconut milk)
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1/3 cup quick oats
2 frozen bananas

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender, pulsing at first and then blending until completely smooth.

Pour it in a jumbo acrylic wine glass from Swoozie’s and you’re good to go! This recipe makes two servings, so I would use half of the ingredients if you are only making it for yourself. Or make the whole thing and freeze half of it for later. Check out my friends’ drinks today too! The links to their posts are below.

And thank you to Swoozie’s for our cute cups!

Don’t forget about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale – prices go back up August 4th but a lot of the good pieces are already sold out (like the Kendra Scott earrings – nooooo). Now is the time to stock up on fall goodies! Anyways, hope everyone has a great weekend! I’m in Savannah now and it is one of the prettiest cities I’ve ever visited. We are doing a scavenger hunt throughout Savannah today with the whole wedding party. I’m excited!
