Summer Grape Salad

Hi babes!
Have I got a treat for you today…
{and it’s healthy, too!}
Without further ado, I introduce your new greatest obsession:
The title is deceiving. It’s not really a “salad” per say, although it does contain nutritious ingredients such as grapes, greek yogurt, and chopped walnuts. However, this summer salad is sweet enough to be eaten as dessert. It’s more than perfectly satisfying… it’s OMG good. In fact, I had to portion it out in ramekins in order to keep from overeating {trust me, one bite of this stuff and you’ll want to eat it alllll}.
It may not look like the tastiest dessert ever, but… please.
Trust me on this.

Recipe as follows:
{adapted from this recipe}
Ingredients:
2 cups seedless green grapes
2 cups seedless red grapes
8 ounces plain Greek yogurt
4 ounces light cream cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, to taste
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Directions:
1. Set out the cream cheese to allow it to soften.
2. Wash and thoroughly dry all grapes, then slice in half. Place aside.
3. Mix together Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
4. Stir in grapes until evenly distributed.
5. Portion into 8 ramekins (or you can pour into a large dish).
6. In a separate bowl, stir together the walnuts and brown sugar, then sprinkle atop each ramekin.
7. Chill until you’re ready to serve!
