Happy Friday, everyone! Since yesterday was the first day of autumn, I thought I’d do a special edition of Friday Favorites.
Below is one of my favorite outfits from my trip to Vermont last week! I love off-shoulder sweaters for transitioning into fall – there’s something really chic about showing a little shoulder in the fall. And I totally don’t go by the “no white after Labor Day” rule – I love white jeans in the fall/winter!
I took a trip to Target last week and they have the CUTEST fall items in store right now. I went in to get contact solution and left with an entire cart full of fall items! They have really cute kitchen towels, like this “Let’s Get Stuffed” one.
I also picked up a mix for pumpkin bars (with cream cheese icing!) and these Pumpkin Pie Larabars. I’ve talked about Larabars before, but they are energy bars that are made of raw, vegan ingredients and taste amazing. The pumpkin pie flavor seriously tastes like pumpkin pie! I’ve been enjoying them with coffee every morning.
I also picked up these white ceramic pumpkins from the dollar section. They look great on the coffee table or would be cute in your kitchen too! And for ONE DOLLAR that’s a no brainer. 🙂
I don’t know what it is about fall but I get in the mood to clean and organize. I have spent the past couple of days trying to get my life/emails/schedule organized so I bought a couple of planners from Target to help! This Day Designer (similar here) from Target is a LIFESAVER. It has a monthly calendar at the beginning of each month, and then a full page dedicated to each day. This monthly wall calendar is also from Target and is perfectly my style – dalmatian print!
I also wanted to share that some of my favorite fall candles from Bath & Body Works are on sale, including my favorite, Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte. Not only does it smell amazing, but it looks cute sitting on your countertop! I am constantly lighting candles around my house because it gives you that “cozy” feeling – and it smells good.

I need to try that candle! Last year they had a drink called the "toasted graham latte" and it was sooo good but I'm not sure if they have it this year.

I am so glad you made the comment about white jeans! I am from Los Angeles (where we do not observe that rule) and when I moved to New Orleans I didn't want to have a fashion faux pas! Salted Caramel Mochas and Egg Nog Lattes. The rest of the year my coffees are healthy though!

The caramel apple cider! It's SO good. And a great alternative if you don't want coffee! I always try to like the PSLs, and I've slowly started to, but the caramel apple cider is amazing.

I totally bought the same pumpkins a few weeks ago and a white ceramic owl ….they also had blanket scarves for $7 each! If you like fall scents from B&BW try 'flannel' or 'leaves' they both small amazing!

Love white jeans in the Fall, especially paired with darker colors. I've recently gone back to a weekl paper calendar instead of relying on the one on my phone, and love it. Will have to check out Target's selection. Fall drink: salted caramel mocha, but only in a Tall size (calories!)

I got the sweater in an XS! And yes the jeans look different online for some reason but those are the exact pair I ordered!

Best of Fall at Starbucks? Grande Latte with 1 pump of Toffee Nut and 1 pump of Caramel. It's not too sweet and actually is what I think Butterbeer from HP would taste like! It's very good. Also Toffee Nut/Vanilla is a good alternative.

Love the sweater! Try a cinnamon chai tea latte with pumpkin or an iced coffee with soy and 1 pump pumpkin, 1 pump cinnamon dolce (I get SF). Pumpkin + cinnamon is my favorite fall combo 🙂

i live in florida so i stick with iced drinks year-round, but i love the chai latte! the spices make it smell and taste so good.

Hi! I have a quick question for you as this is driving me absolutely nuts – what type of socks do you wear with your low cut booties? Particularly the ones that dip in the front? I hate when socks show when I wear mine with shorter hems and I dont find that peds (the socks that you'd wear with ballet flats) stay on my feet when I wear them with booties. Hope you can help! Hey Anna! I got socks from Target that are Hanes, and they're like half socks ?! But they have some sort of rubber on the inside that helps them stay on your feet! Definitely check Target 🙂
