Dressed Up in Italy

Happy, happy Monday you guys!! This is going to be a good week on the blog – we have a book review coming, an updated Positano Travel Guide, as well as a “What’s in my beach bag” post. I’m excited!! ๐Ÿ™‚

But before I get too ahead of myself, let’s get back to today’s post, haha. I wore this tweed dress in Positano and for some reason it just screams “ITALY” to me – not even sure why. Speaking of Italy, though, I ordered some Double 0 flour so that Chris and I can try making “authentic” Italian pasta at home. American flour is vastly different from Italian flour (did you know there’s less gluten in it?) so I’m really excited for the flour to come in so we can try it out. We took a pasta making class about a month ago but we haven’t tried it at home yet!

I’ve been traveling for the past couple of weeks, so it’s really nice to be at home this week. I have sooo much cleaning and organizing to do, and I really want to get back into my routine of working out and eating healthy. I really love beach restaurants, however they pretty much only serve fried food! I need some greens in my body ASAP!
