Christmas in London…

Sequin skirt holiday outfit
Love this look for a Christmas party
What to wear to London
Holiday party outfit idea with sequin skirt
sequin miniskirt, also here // exact oversize sweater, less expensive similar version here
Jimmy Choo black pumps // MAC lipstick in “impassioned”

I have been on the hunt for the perfect sequin skirt for ages… so when this one appeared on a shopping trip in London, I knew it was meant to be. I wore it with a cozy, oversized sweater for a fun & more casual look. This outfit would be perfect for any upcoming holiday parties you may have!

On another note, I want to take this time to say that Paris has been in my thoughts and prayers since the attacks on Friday. Many of you know that I was there the morning of the attacks. Emily & I missed our train leaving Paris that morning, and were debating staying another night and buying a train ticket back the next day (Saturday) since it was cheaper. Thankfully, God was looking out for us when we made the decision to leave that day to return to London. Once we got back & our phones finally connected to wifi, we learned what had happened and were honestly devastated. I couldn’t believe that the city where we had been just a few hours before was the target of such inhumane, cruel acts. I won’t say too much more – but it has been amazing to see the support for Paris and unification of people around the world. Sometimes God does His best work during impossible situations.

Thank you also to everyone who checked in on us on Friday and over the weekend… your comments, tweets & emails made me feel so lucky and blessed to have you.

It is such a beautiful and magical city and makes me sad that someone would want to do that. Anyways… so happy to hear that you girls made it back safely to London. I hope that you enjoy the rest of your trip too!! 🙂
