What I'm Ordering for Our Honeymoon

white floral bikini (only $40 for both pieces!!!) // "I do" straw tote (LOVE!!)

Okay let's be honest... my favorite part of planning a wedding is planning the honeymoon. Yes, wedding planning is great and all and I can't WAIT to marry Chris, but with all the stress that surrounds the wedding day and all the details that still need to get done, I can't help but think about the day that we leave for our honeymoon, married, blissful and stress-free. I'm keeping our honeymoon location a secret for now, but I have already been ordering a few things for our trip that I wanted to share with you :) By the way, you might even be able to guess where we're going from this color palette (leave your guess in the comment section!!).

I wanted to point out a few things that I think every bride NEEDS for her honeymoon!!

1. This white floral bikini that's only $40 for BOTH the top and bottom! It's actually a dupe for this designer swimsuit that's $200. I've been obsessed with the designer one for ages. I can't wait to rock this on the beach with my new husband! ;)

2. This Mr. and Mrs. luggage tag and passport set. These sets are on sale for only $34 right now and how cute are they!!? I can already imagine a cute travel Instagram with these cute passport cases :)

3. This "I do" straw tote. All brides need this bag for the spring and summer! I love the pom poms and the big embroidered "I Do!" Mine came in the mail the other day and is SUPER high quality too!

I'm sure I'll be revealing more about our honeymoon the closer we get! (Less than 1.5 months now ahhh!)

Happy weekend you guys!
xoxo

Festival Style

first look: white romper (available in all sizes!) // floral crown // laser cut sneakers, also love these
See more festival looks here

Who else has been inspired by all of the Coachella outfits on Instagram lately?! Even if you didn't get to Palm Springs this year, you can still infuse your wardrobe with some fun and festival-inspired looks. Nasty Gal has a HUGE selection of festival looks and the ENTIRE store happens to also be 40% off right now! My white romper is marked down to just $36 right now (it would also be great for bridal events!) and this floral crown is only $18. Even if you don't think that festival looks are necessarily your "style," it can be really freeing to get outside of your comfort zone sometimes! Give it a try ;)

Thanks for all of your feedback on yesterday's post - I'll have a "wedding beauty treatments" post up for you soon!

Blue Bow Dress

Hello Molly blue dress, comes in beige HERE // Louis Vuitton Neverfull, I love this Barrington tote & it's less expensive! // Valentino sandals, dupes HERE // David Yurman initial necklace

Good morning everyone! Does it feel like Friday to anyone else? I swear I woke up this morning thinking it was Friday and sooo excited about the weekend, and then I realized it was only Wednesday lol! Back to reality :) I wore this Hello Molly blue dress in Palm Beach a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love the ties on the sleeves! It looks like there are only a few sizes left, but I did find it in a beige color that's equally as pretty. Lately I'm gravitating towards anything feminine with bows, ties or ruffles!

I'm heading to Charlotte again today for lunch with my dad, another wedding dress fitting and a laser appointment for my face! (Side note, would you guys like to see a post on the beauty treatments I'm doing before my wedding? Let me know in the comments!)

P.S. If you missed my Palm Beach Travel Guide, I posted it here!

Striped Maxi Dress

Chloe wedges, almost identical dupes HERE // Brixton straw hat

Happy Monday, everyone! Unfortunately this B.P. striped maxi dress sold out over the weekend (keep checking because it might come back in stock!) - I'm so upset because I love it so much! Nordstrom always has the best spring and summer dresses, but I particularly always love their BP brand because I can count on the items being both high-quality and affordable. This dress is pretty similar to mine and only $55! I'm also linking up a bunch in the widget below.

Did everyone have a good weekend? Chris and I took care of some wedding stuff. We also discovered a restaurant near our house that we're both obsessed with - it has a cute little patio where we can sit outside and bring Winnie. We have been THREE times within the past week hahah! It's pretty healthy too which we both like because we officially started our "wedding diets" :)

Good morning everyone!! (and happy Friday!!) Today I wanted to recap my recent trip to Palm Beach, Florida, and tell you all about where we stayed, the Brazilian Court Hotel. First I'll be sharing all of our Instagram photos from the trip, so scroll all the way down to the bottom of this post for the full recap on our trip!

(Below photo) We arrived! This is what the courtyard looks like at the Brazilian Court - it's GORGEOUS with lots of comfortable seating!

Palm Beach arguably has the best shopping in the United States!!! Just take a walk down Worth Avenue and you'll see what I mean.

French fries by the pool - sounds like a perfect afternoon to me!

We dined at a bunch of amazing restaurants in Palm Beach, including this Italian restaurant!

straw pom pom tote (currently on sale) // Kendra Scott Kriss bangle set c/o

Our hotel, the Brazilian Court, had dozens of bikes that you could take out for the day. We had so much fun riding around one afternoon, exploring the little island.

The restaurant on the property, Cafe Boulud, serves an amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. You HAVE to order the white cosmopolitan - it's the best drink I've ever had in my life! Plus there's a floating orchid in it!

Yes, that is a flowering wall of REAL orchids... :)

Okay! Now for the full review of our stay in Palm Beach, Florida. :)

WHERE TO STAY:

The Brazilian Court Hotel: We had a wonderful experience at the Brazilian Court! It's this gorgeous and intimate little boutique hotel situated right smack dab in the middle of Palm Beach, just a few blocks from the ocean and a few blocks from the iconic Worth Avenue. Surrounded by luscious greenery, flowers and palm trees, we at once felt relaxed and at home! My mom and I stayed in a "luxurious studio" room which was incredibly spacious at 400 square feet. There was a king bed, two closets, a desk, full-length mirror, shower, jacuzzi bath tub and two sinks. In the courtyard of the hotel you'll find the restaurant, Cafe Boulud, as well as plenty of comfortable seating to lounge and enjoy a glass of rosé. The pool is also BEAUTIFUL and incredibly relaxing! All of the lounge chairs have fluffy white towels on them, and a waitress will bring you whatever food or drinks you desire (definitely try the truffle fries!). My mom and I also worked out at the hotel's gym, which was small but had all of the equipment we needed for a full workout. We also took out the hotel's bikes one afternoon for a relaxing and scenic ride around Palm Beach.

WHERE TO EAT:

Cafe Boulud: Cafe Boulud is Chef Daniel Boulud's award-winning restaurant located at the Brazilian Court. We ate here a ton! We ordered room service (try the chocolate croissant), ate breakfast on the patio (order the mini waffles) and had a four-course dinner with wine pairings (don't even get me started OMG so good). The service was wonderful and fast, and the food was beyond delicious. I mentioned this above but you MUST order a white cosmopolitan - it's Cafe Boulud's signature cocktail and the best drink I've ever had in my life! It's made with white cranberry juice and St. Germain and topped with an orchid ice ball. SO GOOD. For dessert, you must get the little mini-lemon muffins! They tasted just like the ones in Italy!!

Bice Restaurant: Located on Worth Avenue, you absolutely have to dine on the patio here for a wonderful flower-filled view. Bice has authentic italian cuisine, my mom and I both felt that we were transported back to Italy! Try the zucchini flowers and the penne pasta.

Ta-Boo: If you're looking for a fancy or romantic date-night spot, Ta-Boo is it. Try the salmon or steak. By the way, the restaurant itself is GORGEOUS and you will definitely want to take a picture of the bougainvillea-covered front door!

Pizza Al Fresco: This was the perfect casual lunch spot for enjoying pizza al fresco, located on Worth Avenue. My mom and I ordered the margherita pizza and it did not disappoint! We saw lots of families and children enjoying lunch here so it's great if you have kids!

WHAT TO DO:

Shop: Palm Beach is arguably home to the best shopping in the United States (even rivaling Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles). If you have expensive taste, there's Gucci, Chanel, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany's, Valentino, and some of the cutest little boutiques you've ever seen. There's also a large mall nearby with some more affordable stores like H&M and Nordstrom!

Go to the Beach or Pool: There's a beautiful beach in Palm Beach, located just a couple of blocks away from The Brazilian Court. While we were in Florida they were experiencing really high winds, so we didn't spend any time there, but I think normally it's pretty calm! We opted to spend some time by the pool, soaking up the sun and eating french fries.

Take Pictures!: Without a doubt, Palm Beach is one of the prettiest places I've ever been. It honestly doesn't feel like you're in the United States! Orchids sprout from the walls and tree trunks, flowering bougainvillea covers gorgeous doorways, and pink and blue potted hydrangeas adorn every walkway. Definitely visit Worth Avenue and its nearby neighborhoods for the prettiest picture-taking spots!

Let me know if you have any questions in the comments! :)
