Neutrals: From Summer to Fall

Now is the perfect time to start purchasing “neutral” items that you can wear now, but will transition well into fall. Start with the basics: a white top for layering and wearing with scarves, and some really good skinny jeans that will tuck into booties. (If you caught my post from yesterday, I just bought these jeans!) Every girl needs a leopard scarf in the fall, and this one is less than $30 – I actually placed an order for it yesterday so I’ll let you know about the quality! You can also go ahead and incorporate fall booties into your wardrobe (I love them paired with shorts and dresses). I just bought these these fringe booties in both the “grey” and “ginger” colors and I am OBSESSED. I walked around in them for a few hours yesterday and they are surprisingly really comfortable!

I hope everyone is having a great week! I have been focusing on finishing up decorating my apartment so I can finally give y’all a bedroom/apartment tour. I will say decorating is NOTHING like putting together an outfit – it is hard! I admire those of you who are naturally talented at it. Anyway, stay tuned 🙂

xoxo

  1. I absolutely love a good white shirt, and truly don't believe one can ever have too many, even if they look similar, they usually are still quite different! 🙂 Can't wait to see your apartment tour! 🙂

  24. OMG Kristen Cavallari has a shoe line?! I wonder if it'll do as well as Jessica Simpsons. When Jessica Simpson's first came out, I doubted it sooo much but I actually ended up owning a few pairs; they were so comfortable and stylish. The fringe booties are definitely cute but not something I'm sure I could rock. I have to train myself to wear heels again!
