I love finding good deals on items that look super expensive. When I saw this Forever 21 blouse, it immediately reminded me of the Tory Burch Vesper top… but for almost $370 less! I was really impressed with the quality of this top. You definitely need to wear a tank underneath, as it is a little sheer, but honestly it doesn’t look like it costs $30. The silver stones and blush pink color make it the perfect top for the holiday season. Cheers!
