Every girl needs a birthday dress. An attention-grabbing dress, one that says, “I’m confident in my skin!”
This dress does exactly that for me. The neon pink color just makes me feel happy when I’m wearing it! When I found it, I knew it was the perfect dress for my birthday night. I decided to pair it with another bright item… my new {neon necklace} from J.Crew.
This may just be my favorite dress ever.
